Summary: It was a perfect choice. The hotel staff was helpful and guest friendly. The room service was just perfect. The hotel was very clean and the sauna was also nice. Only the pool water was too cold to dive into it again and again :). On the whole 10/10 for me.

Summary: The personal was nice, friendly and was helpful. The hotels front and lobby gives 5 star impression, the bed was really good. However the rooms was very noisy from the people in the lobby and corridor. Also every time someone showered or flushed in the neighbouring room you could hear it loudly. The temperature in the room was not possible to regulate and it was very warm during the nights. All that together resulted in not so good sleep and not so cheerful vacation. If you are planning to book this hotel for the spa, bring a thick wallet cause the jacuzzi itself costs 75$/person for 45 minutes.

Summary: The hotel is in a great location to walk to restaurants, shops, the water front, and historocal sites. The breakfast buffet is good, but not great. The building is older, but well maintained. It has a rooftop bar with a great view of the waterfront.

Summary: Only made bed and replaced new towels but do not help replace clean coffee cups. Need to list prices for drinks in room refrigerator. Lightings in room were too dark and not sufficient plugs. Breakfast should include more choices of meats not just hot dogs. Staff were friendly.
