Positive: Rooms are clean and comfortable. Decor is modern and new which we appreciate. But the star of the hotel is Aslan! We had just arrived from a 12 hour flight and to be greeted with someone cheery, helpful & welcoming was great especially when you arrive with two cranky kids. Everyday when Aslan sees us he would ask if we were OK and if we needed anything. Each time we return to the hotel it felt like coming home to a warm house.

Positive: The location was perfect, close to everything. The historic area is about a 20-minute walk, and there is also a tram station just 2 minutes away on foot that connects you to every destination. The staff were very kind and helpful at all times. I highly recommend this hotel.

Positive: Absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is spotless and smells amazing, even the towels are fresh and fragrant. Very cozy and comfortable, with a warm atmosphere . Everything was perfect, and I truly enjoyed every moment here. Highly recommended! 🌟
