Positive: Superb location - easily within walking distance to the major sights in Sultanahmet, and several major metro and ferry routes converge at Sirkeci a few blocks away. Room was extremely small but clean and appeared newly built or renovated.
Negative: Breakfast was serviceable but didn't particularly stand out - eventually relied more on options out in the city. Room had a minifridge but it appeared to not be working, lights were on but I couldn't get it to actually lower temperature. The shower had no door or curtain apparently by design; using it meant the entire bathroom would get soaking wet. Hotel staff tended to use the stairwells to store equipment etc, sometimes made it difficult to use the stairs.
Summary: low-frills hotel with excellent location

Negative: The cleaning was not too good. The window view is to the construction site.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, food and drinks are decent, location is very good.

Positive: I am very satisfied! Friendly staff, great location, cleanliness, and delicious breakfast. I arrived early, but I didn't have to wait until check-in time—they let me in as soon as the room was ready. Also, while I was waiting, they treated me to a complimentary breakfast. Special thanks to Kenan for the best service! ☺️

Positive: One of the nicest hotels in Istanbul, location is excellent near all types of transportation which makes it so easy to go every where, and a few minutes walk to gulhane park, eminonou, galata bridge, sirkeci , misr carsisi, and sultanahmet area so you don't have to pay huge amount going anywhere, and it is a very lively area with shops and restaurants. The cleanliness is exceptional every day relentlessly thanks to the girls. The hotel is very clean and cozy with elevator. The breakfast is very nice with variety that suits every taste. The receptionist Mr.Kenan special thanks to his efforts for making our stay very nice and beautiful 😍, respectful, helpful and very friendly, always meets you with a smile and offers you help as much as possible. The staff very helpful specially Mr.Melad always helping ,polite, respectful, smiling, friendly,kind and caring. Thanks for both Mr.Kenan and Mr.Melad for making our stay the best and for sure we will come back to stay at Elysia hotel.
Negative: There is no view 😔, there is a construction site in front of the hotel so nothing to see. But it wasn't a problem because you don't need to stay in the room except to sleep.

Positive: The staff is so friendly. Kenan and Mohammed is so amazing. Sinat was so remarkable. The room is so comfortable to stay. Whole day coffee and tea access is good and the service is extraordinary. Its worth the stay and value of money. If ill come back Istanbul definitely book here again.
Negative: The breakfast its not much of an option. And the curtain should be black out.

Positive: Everything, from the very moment we entered the hotel felt welcome. Staff were amazing and they made sure our stay was as comfortable as it can be. Staff were polite, always smiling, and they were very helpful if you asked them things about the hotel or the city, Rooms were very nice, and they were cleaned daily. Breakfast was also great with lots of options to choose from!
