Summary: Front desk was fast and helpful. Room had a great view & balcony. Room was very dated. Cracked tiles & stains in carpet. No Ventilation in room unless you open windows allowing mosquitoes inside. Breakfast was just ok. Expected more from the place.

Summary: This is a perfect place to stay for your visit to Mont St Michel. It is the closest hotel to Mont St Michel (about a mile walk) not on the island. Some of it's room and it's restaurant has views of Mont St Michel. Our room was updated and comfortable. It was great to eat breakfast each morning with the view and easy to walk or pick up the shuttle to take us to the island

Summary: The hotel itself appears in need of a refresh. The walls and carpet look dirty. There were several stains on our carpet and the room is very dark. The lighting is completely inadequate. The upside though is the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom clean.

Summary: This is not a 4-star hotel- but the view makes it worth it - they would gain even more with cleaner windows.It can be when/if the have completed some renovation(??) -note that there is no air-condition so visiting during September was a good idea, along with open windows during the night. The receptionist we met was a 5-star receptionist! Breakfast was ok. We did not have dinner at the hotel so I cannot say anything about that.

Summary: Really spacious room with duplex, suitable for family. Unfortunately we couldn’t have dinner in the restaurant on that night as it had been booked for other event. We couldn’t enjoy the night view from restaurant but we could have breakfast to enjoy the beautiful view of Mont St Michel. However, the communication between hotel was terrible. Firstly, I received a email in French only talking about the access code of carpark. I requested for an English version but no response. I used Google Translate tried to get a brief idea & visited their official website to know more about parking issue, it came out totally different in reality. On the spot, the access code was denied, parking lot was not correct. I highly recommend those need parking have to confirm through the phone.

Summary: The location of the hotel is amazing: right by a shuttle stop to Mont Saint-Michel, with amazing views from the restaurant, terrace, and some of the rooms. It is also right beside the damn which offers a space to relax and to watch the sunset. We had a garden room with a view of the top of the Abbey and lots of greenery around. The room was large with a nice balcony. The bed was also large (maybe a king?) and comfortable. The hotel is quite dated though, mostly evidenced by the badly stained carpets. The staff in the restaurant were very nice. The ones at the front desk were hit and miss. Breakfast was ok.
