Positive: The staff was incredible, assisted with dinner reservations and provided trip recommendations. The room was comfortable and location excellent.

Negative: The breakfast was okay. No hot foods other than an egg you could boil. Coffee was excellent and variety of meats and cheeses were good.

Positive: The hotel is a little bit old and basic, the room is not very big. There is no lift. You need to read very attentevely their instruction about how to get there. It was a challange for us in the dark. Shuttle bus stops in front of the hotel. There was a little balcony in our room with a side view on MSM. THe staff was very friendly

Negative: May be becourse of the grey sky //but what can you expect end november?/ everything seemed grey there. In generally I am little dissipointed of Mont Saint Michel... not becouse of this hotel which was also rather expencive becourse it is so near to MSM

Positive: Location: Near to Mont Daint Michel Staff: Nice. They upgraded my room with the view of Mont Saint Michel

Negative: Room: My back started to get itchy after I sat on the chair. I didnt bother at first. But I came to realise how bad the bites were on my back and shoulder the following day. I messaged them a day after when I left but they were saying there were no bedbugs in the room. I suffered for two weeks because of these bedbugs. My skin is still recovering. I needed medications and steroidal creams. Price: Fair but expensive for a single person

Positive: This is a lovely place to stay to visit Mont St Michel! The staff was so helpful when we arrived early. We got into our room early, and could start to the island. The room was clean and comfortable.
