Summary: Just back from a great stay. The location is ideal for exploring but the house is more than just "a base". It is super comfortable and so well equipped - I think it is better resourced than my own house! We had some grotty weather but staying in was not a negative at all, we just got more time to enjoy the property...and the most comfortable sofa ever! Communications were perfect and timely. Thank you Tracey!

Summary: We had a lovely stay in this property and couldn't speak more highly of the owners. It is clean and well equipped and has a lovely garden for lazing in the sun. Close to Rutland Water it makes a great base for using the the facilities there if you feel more energetic!
