Positive: Immaculate cottage, fabulous fixtures and fittings, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and all of a superb quality. Plenty of parking and a lovely outdoor seating area. The welcome hamper and flowers were a lovely touch. Wonderful location .

Positive: Fully stocked, clean and very nicely furnished house. I forgot to change the number of guests and after explaining the correct number and I was not exceeding the maximum, the hostess was nice and understanding.

Negative: Outside could of been better. Grass was over grown in driveway, around firepit and covered area and all around house and in flower beds. Front porch and back deck was dusty with hugh cobwebs and felt description was a little misleading making you think private beach was within walking distance but actually had to drive to it.

Summary: Nice house, nicely furnished and stocked, nice and quiet neighborhood. Hostess was nice also.

Positive: Very nice cottage, fenced yard, comfortable and relaxing.

Negative: The only thing negative, although would not change my excellent rating, is the Master Bedroom bed mattress was super hard…and for us that was difficult to sleep.

Summary: Excellent accommodations. Will stay here again!
