Positive: Breakfast was gorgeous with a beautiful, clean set up. Staff were very nice and friendly. Everything was perfect here.

Negative: The skirting and architrave was not very nice in our bathroom in room 101. It did put a little dampener on our stay. It traveled out to the bedroom area. It just gives a dirty vibe. The room was also very very warm. our room over looked a roof, which wasn't very nice and the noise level in the morning from a gentleman was annoying.

Summary: Overall, we did like the hotel and we would stay again, but hopefully in a different room.

Positive: Beautiful hotel stunning. One of the rooms 212 was so hot didn’t sleep Much. Def should have asked to be moved to a room with air con, so so hot and stuffy, other room Was great with AC. Think all guests needed air con past few nights at the rate.

Negative: Too hot in room 212. Beef brisket was quite tough in restaurant on the Monday night. But still a beautiful hotel

Positive: Staff were excellent, Lucy on front desk was extremely helpful getting us early access to a room etc, letting us have a beer at the bar and bringing a key to us once ready. Food was good, rooms were nice. Location could not be better. A great stay and will hopefully return next year.

Negative: Rooms were stuff and warm (old side of hotel)
