Positive: The breakfast was amazing. We had a very early morning one day and they managed to accomodate us by giving us to go bag for breakfast. The staff (specifically Mary) were very knowledgeable about the area and helpful to point us to places to eat and how to get around. The location was amazing with most of the city and main markets being walkable from the hotel which was nice! I would visit again!

Positive: At our arrival, Mary greeted us with a warm smile and plenty of information about the surrounding area. Including what to see and where we could find different types of food. Our ferry was delayed and the gentleman who was on staff went well beyond reasonableness to assist us in finding a new place to stay as LCS was fully booked on Friday night. It took almost two hours of phone calls as many of the nearby motels were also fully booked. Heroic efforts final paid off.

Negative: This place was exceptional modern and very clean.

Summary: If I am back in Heraklion, I know where to stay.

Positive: The rooms were spacious and modern with great amenities. The property is in a great location. Close to the port, very close to the bus terminal and a 5min walk to the centre of town where all the shops and restaurants are. We were greeted by Mary who took us to our room and explained what was available to us. Mary was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. When we left Demetri saw us off in a friendly manner, asking us about our stay and wishing us pleasant and safe onward travels. Just a great place to stay and see Heraklion.
