Positive: Location was great, loved the field next to the property for the dog to have a run around.

Negative: 2 bath towels for 3 occupants, one pillow each, no bottom sheet on the pull out chair, which was stained and dirty, duvets and pillows had stains, luckily we had family near by and could borrow what we were missing, otherwise it would have ruined the stay. Could have been cleaner, shower had mold, dust on skirting boards, bedside lights covered in dust, all drawers & wardrobe edges dusty, bathroom blind didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned. Shame wouldn’t have taken much for a higher review.

Summary: Could have great, unfortunately not clean enough.

Positive: The location was perfect. I had my dog with me so the enclosed area outside was great. The bed was very comfortable which was good. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend.

Positive: A sweet little stable conversion. Very nicely decorated and clean. A nice outside space behind the stable with picnic tables and chairs. The bed was very comfy! The staff were accommodating and helpful.

Negative: Even though it is advertised as having space for 3 the pull-out sofa is actually a pull-out chair so not really suitable for an adult. There is a coffee machine and a kettle with coffee/tea and biscuits available but there are no facilities to make even a simple breakfast (toast or cereal). I would recommend providing a toaster, small microwave and mini fridge.

Summary: Sweet stable conversion but really only suitable for 2 adults and a child

Positive: I had the most wonderful stay in the Lavender room. From the moment I arrived, it was clear how much care and attention had gone into creating this space– combining rustic charm with modern comforts perfectly. Great location in between Bristol and Bath. Booked knowing there are no kitchen facilities but it wasn’t an issue at all – there are so many great cafes, pubs, and restaurants just a short drive away. It actually gave me the perfect excuse to explore the local area and enjoy some really delicious food!

Summary: If you’re looking for a peaceful, stylish escape in the countryside, I couldn’t recommend this place more. I’m already
