Positive: We stayed here over the Easter break and it was a great choice. The house is very new, cosy, and immediately felt like home. Everything was spotless. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable and soft. The tableware and cutlery were also new and of great quality. Overall, everything was just perfect for a relaxing stay.

Positive: Inside, the house is lovely. The beds are super comfortable, the bathroom including shower is well done, the kitchen has everything you need for a short stay and the small living room is comfortable. The whole house is very clean and modern feeling.

Negative: The problem for us was the heating wasn’t working so the house was cold (although well insulated). Alex was quick to come out the first day, and again the second day when it still wasn’t working, and messaged to tell me when they thought it was fixed, although unfortunately the radiators never came on. Luckily we had plenty to do and stayed out of the house most of the time but it was not ideal having no heating for two nights. Mercy offered to reimburse if we had breakfast out but we didn’t take her up on it.

Summary: House is comfortable and nicely done but problems with the heating system.

Positive: Everything! Particularly the coffee machine the coffee was Outstanding! The house really was Beautiful, beds so comfy, everything spotless clean and big driveway for parking. I've just re booked for next week, would 1000000% Recommend!
