The airport transfer was super convenient and made the trip hassle-free 👍 The room was spotless, the bed was soft and comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The room was comfortable and cozy, the location was super convenient and easy to find, and check-in was quick and smooth. Really enjoyed my stay here! 🌟

Negative: There is NO reception. When we first arrived - we had a dodgy looking reception area that is equivalent to 1 star (or less) hotel. Couldnt speak English. Was asked to pay in CASH or Union Pay. We booked 3 rooms and it was a total of £3000. We were expected to pay CASH which is wholly unacceptable especially when website said all cards accepted. Apparently hotel is new and no card machine YET for another month! They explained that we can go to cash point machine and draw out cash. I said i will switch a hotel because this is not acceptable and within 24 hours their manager called to say 'card machine' has magically appeared. Also the walk-in hotel charge is different to booking online. its 80% cheaper - totally ripped off. For that price, we were expecting 5* hotel. Overall, stay was pleasant because room was spacious and clean but the whole payment method gave a bad taste. Felt as if the pics gave a false impression of the hotel.

Summary: Not payment friendly. Comfy stay. good Location. Not going back.
