Positive: Great location. Nice setting. The home was clean and stocked with all we needed.
Negative: The master bed needs new sheets. The sheets were rough and worn. The pillows were not very good. They seemed old also. Even though it’s January, the weather was nice enough that we wanted to be out on the patio. It was covered with dirt and dead leaves.
Summary: Overall it was very enjoyable and we would come back

Positive: It is quiet and secure. I love the area of Santa Clara/Ivins. It was nice to be able to park in a garage. The house was clean and comfortable.
Negative: The extra fees are as much as the rental

Positive: The home was WONDERFUL. EVERYTHING you could ask for was there. The Home was very clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets, soap, dishes, pot and pans even some spices. Large clean refrigerator with ice.. Large open clean garage was nice to unload our cars in the heat of the day. SUPER excited to be able to check in a couple hours earlier than 4:00pm. Everything you could possibly need is in this house. I like the fact that the property is secure with an outside gate and code.
Negative: the key code on the front door is very challenging to open. It took approximately 8 tries before it opened successfully. With the heat and long travel the last thing you want to do is struggle to get in the house. The door was also a struggle to lock from the outside.
Summary: Most Excellent home with plenty of room to relax, eat and visit.
