Summary: Bathroom had not been cleaned carpet was filthy no glasses or spoons in room no extra blankets or a doona on bed

Summary: There was only one towel provided. I had to request more. There were no spoons to make tea and coffee. One of the mugs had a massive crack in it, coffee spilled out all over the table.
