Positive: Lovely staff, good sized bathroom with quick flowing hot water in the shower, aircon, microwave and good tv reception and wifi.

Negative: Bed was a bit too soft for us and there was no room service, so we used the same towels for our stay

Positive: The manager was very helpful and friendly, and this overflowed to the staff who were very friendly as well. We had 3 nights at this hotel, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Comfortable bed's and a really great shower. Nice gardens. A very nice stay.

Positive: I had left my phone charger at home and the lovely lady found one for me and in the morning my husband called for them to give me a wake up call as my phone had no service and they did this with no problem at all . We will diffently be back What great service

Negative: That there wasn't a table in between the beds

Positive: The motel is very clean. The reception is very friendly and welcoming.

Negative: I stayed in room 3 for one night is a twin share room . If there is a small side table between two beds would be excellent. But not a big deal. Overall the motel is worth of money to stay and very convenient to the shop, restaurant and golf courses of Yallourn and Morwell taking less than 10 minutes.

Negative: Staff at reception an "old man" behaviour was so rude, as we informed him we going to late for check in. He told us how to collect the keys and later when reach at location he was there and was so rudely talk to us, if we dont have kids with us we wont stay there at all after such bad behaviour.
