Positive: Lovely spacious well-equipped apartment, and very close to numerous amenities. Very good proactive communication from Paul. Although there isn't any parking, there is parking on the streets around the apartment and there is an area just by the flat that you can pull onto to drop off cases which is very handy.

Negative: The instructions for the oven are a bit complicated but Paul pointed us to YouTube videos which definitely helped. I am sure if we had had any other queries, he would have helped with those as well.

Summary: High quality apartment. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Positive: Very clean spacious quiet and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. It was nice to be able to leave bedroom courtyard doors open at night. Easy walk to Chiswick Park tube & shops. Paul kindly offered to help with bags from station and it was good to be met by someone rather than a key code. We would definitely stay again.

Negative: Nothing. Would have been nice to have shampoo and shower gel and coffee pods as we couldn’t find the right ones. Instructions written by a ‘human’ would have been more helpful for the appliances so we didn’t end up using the oven

Positive: Great location with easy access to transport links for both central London and the airport. Good local restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep. Flat had everything we needed for a city break. Host was great and was able to accommodate our request for early access which was really helpful.

Negative: The heating was a bit of a mystery so the flat was always warm. There were plenty of fans which helped, along with opening the windows, but possibly fortunate the weather was reasonably cool for July.
