Summary: Great staff especially super helpful Electra on front desk. Nice comfortable spacious bedroom. Breakfast varied and copious. Useful bar nice for her quick beer after walking along the Thames. Parking on site, if you can secure it.

Summary: There was an issue with the toilet cistern which I reported the first day but was never addressed, in fairness they did offer a room switch but after working all day it was not what I really wanted, could have been fixed easily.
