Summary: This house is perfect for large groups. Close drive to Newport which was great for us. Only concerns were 3 king beds on the 3rd floor with no proper air conditioning or fans. This made the third floor almost unusable in the summer. Also, the washing machine leaked a lot of water while we were there. Other than that, it’s a typically older home that can accommodate large groups.

Summary: The property was convenient for all wedding activities that took place in Portsmouth as well as the beach in Newport. Unfortunately the house is located on a very busy highway that created road noise at all hours of the day as well as a commercial business next door.
