Positive: What a wonderful and peaceful place! We arrived after hours of heavy snowfall and Viktor put in so much work that all roads and paths were accessible the next morning. Right from the School, you can sled, snowshoe, hike or enjoy one of the two saunas. Reindeers and crossing a frozen river to Sweden are just a short hike away. Both breakfast (included) and dinner (extra) were outstanding. We also booked a snowshoe tour in the nearby national park with Pauline, which was amazing. Our room was spacious, everything was very clean and cozy. We found everything in the kitchen that we needed for cooking. Many good boardgames are available. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Positive: Nice atmosphere, easy check-in, helpful staff, cleanliness and location along route E8, which makes it perfect for traveling up north. I am confident the place would've been quite amazing during winter time!

Negative: The shower could've included some soap and/or shampoo for washing. The breakfast might've been a little bit more filling. Ultimately, it's a wilderness guesthouse, not a hotel.

Positive: Owners have a great vision for old school and they have done a great job making it a guest house. We slept in the barn room and were a bit afraid if there would be a lot of mosquitoes. We slept like babyes, no mosquitoes bothered us.

Positive: That was one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed at! The hosts are very welcoming and approachable! The place itself is stunning. Renovated carefully, with full attention to details, it's like moving back in time. A super nice surprise was to have a delicious breakfast included. I will be back if I'm in the area again. Highly recommend!
