Summary: I work for the airlines and I have been around the world. This rental was my favorite. Countless amenities, and great for entertainment and great for hosting a larger group. House details and amenities were very thought out for entertainment. The surround sound throughout the house alone made our trip! We are a music family, so we thoroughly enjoyed that. We were here in October and had the pool heated to 90. Highly recommend 90 degree temp on the pool during this time. The views were stunning, you honestly couldn’t beat the views here. If you are second guessing yourself on which rental to pick because there is too many options, rest assured this is YOUR place! Don’t wait to book, this place is truly a GEM! The host was very responsive and answered immediately. Loved them, and we will be back. We rented a boat from Hot Springs Marina, which I highly recommend.

Summary: We like the property however we experienced couple of hiccups on the day of check-in. We booked this property because it has heated pool and gave them 48 hour advance notice as they requested, however neither pool nor hot-tub were ready when we arrived. We went back and forth and spent time on phone to get it fixed but it was not ready until the next day. Kids were little disappointed on the first day but enjoyed our second day stay with heated pool and hot tub. With exception of those issues, we enjoyed the property and its location.

Summary: The house is pretty awesome, 12 of us had plenty of room in and outside the house. The pool and hot tub was great and the view from there was even better. Easy access to the boat slip. Kitchen was fully stocked for all we needed to cook, game room was nice as well. Overall 10/10. We will be back. Thanks
