This luxurious home is immaculate, recently updated, and furnished with beauty and comfort in mind! The house has 5 beautiful bedrooms with plush beds and luxury bedding. There are two bedrooms with king beds, one with a queen bed, and two rooms with 2 singles. The gorgeous kitchen is very well appointed with newer stainless steel appliances, staples, and is equipped with all the tools you require to cook a gourmet meal. Outside, you'll find a sizeable yard with shaded seating areas, an outdoor kitchen and an enormous, gated, south-facing, heated diving pool in which you'll have hours of fun swimming. On the lake, you'll find a lovely dock on the water where you can hang out and feed the fish.
The Arrowhead lakes are the most extensive lake system in the greater Phoenix area. A tropical oasis, yet close to everything. The Arrowhead community is extremely safe and perfect for enjoying long walks, hikes, golfing or bike rides. This is the ultimate rental in the area, with speedy access to all major league sporting events, amusement parks, shopping, restaurants, and golf courses.
Take in a breathtaking sunrise over the Thunderbird Mountains, golf the many courses within minutes of the house, catch a pro game of your choice, or simply enjoy a gorgeous morning on the water's edge feeding the fish and eating lemons and grapefruit fresh from the trees.

Summary: We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house which is conveniently located near the freeway, stores and a gas station in a very nice & quiet neighborhood. Communication with the property owner and house manager was great with prompt responses when needed. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Summary: Everything about our stay was perfect. The home is spacious, comfortable and stocked with all the necessities. There are several outdoor seating spaces allowing for both sunny exposure and shade. We dined outside on several evenings and it was lovely. We all enjoyed the heated pool and our 13-year-old grandson especially loved the diving board. He even caught a fish from the lake. Needless to say, we hope to return next year.

Summary: This home is really nice, clean, spacious and very well stocked. The setting on the lake is beautiful and relaxing. The neighborhood is safe, secure and clean. The TV is very complicated to navigate, there were 4 - remotes and no tutorial. I had to call the cable company to figure things out. It would be helpful to have a property manager to meet with a check in to get an orientation. As a bonus the provided a generous welcome basket with cookies, chips, water and even beer, which was much appreciated. Arrowhead Lakes is outside Glendale and far from Phoenix, but the freeways are close and we were able to get around easy. I would definitely book it again for Spring Training next year.

Summary: We had the best time fishing & swimming in the heated pool; plus the house was perfect for our crew. Plenty of room and space for the six of us. The neighbors on each side were friendly. Our contact with the hostess and her team was timely and helpful. Highly recommend

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay and the house was great and perfectly fit our group of ten without feeling crammed. Judy communicated weeks before we arrived and was always responsive to us and a text away. Was hoping the pool would have been warm upon arrival but she tried. Thanks again! Highly recommend!
