This Lakefront property is less than 10 minutes away from Spring Training facilities, State Farm Stadium, Golfing and so much more! Come stay at a home that provides luxury living with top amenities!
The home includes a backyard retreat fully equipped with games, a putting green, paddle boat and pool/whirpool (can be heated for addt'| fee) for everyone to enjoy. We also supply fishing poles for those of you who want to give it a try from the dock! There is an indoor game room that includes a pool table, XBox, and a sit-down multi-game arcade unit, as well as a variety of board and card games.
THE PROPERTY
This lakefront home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It includes a kitchen, dining room, family room and game room.
The beautiful floor plan has views of the lake and mountains from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary cooking utensils and there is enough seating for everyone to enjoy meals together.
The family room and game room are each outfitted with large 65" TV's if you decide on a movie night.
The home comes stocked with a limited supply of your standard necessities such as paper towel, toilet paper, bath towels, beach towels, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent and coffee pods.

This fantastic location is close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, hiking and golf courses. *Pool depth ranges from 4ft to 7ft deep. Due to the depth of the pool, children should be observed at all times.
*Access to the home is through a keyless entry.
There are two exterior cameras (one at the back of the house near the pool/dock, a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, and a camera overlooking the driveway. This is for safety and insurance purposes. It is not to invade your privacy.

Summary: This house was perfect for our stay. Layout was good, kitchen/family room opens up to pool area conveniently. Master bedroom was large and bathroom is open, clean and bright. Stacy was great to work with and very communicative. Would stay here again!

Summary: I came down to Phoenix with a few buddies of mine for a golf tournament and stayed at this property. The actual property looked exactly like the listing which is a bonus for us because in our experience, that’s not always been the case. The property was extremely clean and the pool outside was extremely peaceful. The most impressive part for myself was the ease of checkin and the attentiveness of the hostess which was exceptional. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Phoenix
