Summary: Quiet, peaceful neighborhood and the home had a beautiful view of the lake. Located close to a small park that was enjoyable for our young grandson. One thing that really impressed us was how soundproof the rooms were. Our 5 month old grandson was with his parents on the second floor, and those of us on the 1st and 3rd floors did not hear him when he cried!

Summary: We could not have asked for a better stay. The house was perfect for our family and had all the equipment we could possibly want, including a gas grill, a fire pit, and kayaks. The setting was quiet with gorgeous views of the sunset and the lake. Shopping and cultural activities were a short drive away. I can't remember when we enjoyed ourselves more.

Summary: We rented for 2 weeks, hosting our children, grandchildren and 1 gr grandson in family groups 3-4 days at a time. This cottage was a fabulous location for our get together. Situated in historic Point Chautauqua, with a perfect lake view, our own dock just down the hill, plenty of water toys, life vests and kayaks to keep all ages entertained. The deck overlooking the lake was our favorite gathering place any time of the day or evening. Unless we were sitting around the firepit at night. Then that was our favorite place. All of us give this property a hearty thumbs up!! It is also important to know that owner, Patrick was always accessible and attended to any questions or needs that we had. He went above and beyond to be sure we had a great vacation.
