Summary: Property was situated in a perfect location for our activities. A few hiccups with a broken disposal, clogged drain and some kitchen cleaning issues, but help came and everything worked out nicely.

Summary: The house itself was great. Plenty of room for four full families with children. It has a great view of the lake and there is a lot of table space for meal times. The biggest down sides to our stay was the wifi went out halfway through our 4 day stay and they never sent anyone to fix it even though they kept saying they would. The theater room would have been nice if it actually worked. The issue was that the HDMI port on the receiver, or the receiver itself would not work. So we could get the picture to work, but the sound would only come through the projector so it was really quiet and essentially useless. For the most part the house was clean, but it seemed like some of the sheets had not been washed. Not sure if the bed was made and the cleaners assumed it had not been slept in or what, but there was a fair amount of dust and hair in a couple of the beds. Other than those things it was a great house. I would stay there again, but I'm not sure I would trust Vacasa as the manager. I'd prefer to stay somewhere that the hosts can actually respond to issues as they arise.

Summary: I believe the property was probably great in the past. The passcode to enter the property did not unlock the door to the property. We brought this up to the number provided for issues, but no follow up. The projector to the theater room was missing. The owner did reimburse a portion the cost of the rental and apologized. However, I don’t think it should be advertised as a feature to choose their property if it wasn’t present.The downstairs family room TV was broken and sitting in the garage. The upstairs shower rod and curtain fell when it was used and hit my daughter-in-law in the head. The remotes were missing or not working for several televisions. The house advertised that cable TV was available, but it was not. The swing in the backyard had missing cushions. As mentioned earlier the place was probably really nice when it was originally listed years ago, but has since been neglected. This comes across like the owners focus is to cut corners to save or make money rather than provide a great place to stay.

Summary: Great home…sadly, there were too many insects especially earwigs!! The gravel par of the parking lot needs to be graded so that water drains to the southwest-many cars had to avoid parking in water/mud

Summary: The place is beautiful and has amazing view. It was very comfortable for our family which included adults and younger children. When we arrived, it was clean and sanitized, but the cleaners had missed some trash the previous guests had left on the deck (easy mistake). The only real complaint we have is that the listing claims to have an on-site electric car charger, when there is none. When questioned about it, the hosts informed us the “on-site” charger is in Garden City near a church. We strongly suggest changing the listing so people know what to really expect. We had a wonderful time enjoying the home and the beautiful area that is Bear Lake. Thanks for a great time!
