Summary: We enjoyed our stay here, the house is very nice and it was in a great location for us. It easily worked for a larger group. Our grandkids enjoyed the ping pong table and other features of the home. It was nice being up and out of the main traffic, but close enough to get to things quickly. We would gladly recommend staying here to our friends and family.

Summary: 10/10 recommend, we’ve stayed in lots of Bear Lake homes and this is by far my favorite. A short 10 min drive from everything wonderful about downtown Garden City, this huge new house was perfect for a family and friend getaway. It is much bigger than I realized from the photos and had two huge family rooms, a large, well appointed kitchen and dining space. Every room had big screen TVs, comfy beds, and my favorite WAS THE VIEW. SO gorgeous of the whole lake. Well stocked with dishes, pans, toiletries, etc. The deck was amazing with lots of comfy seats and a gas fire pit. The last stretch of the road is gravel, but our Honda Civic and Toyota Camry had no problems even with snow. I will return during boating season and look forward to bringing more friends and family to this spot. Management was friendly and prompt and we had zero problems with check in or check out.
