Summary: We do afamily trip every year for the last 20 years and i can honestly say this was the best vacation house so far. We didn't even see the kids the first day, they were so engaged in the play room. The house is HUGE and we used every corner. We will definitely be back!

Summary: We had 27 people. 5 were 5 or under. Great play room with lots of fun activities for all ages. Close to the beach and enjoyed the kayaks provided. Beautiful setting, easy to find and comfortable for large groups Plenty of sleeping quaters and welll equipped kitchen. Very enjoyable weekend.
