Travel Purpose: business

Positive: As mentioned the location is close to several tourists attractions. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes. Washer and dryer worked well. Beds were comfortable.

Negative: kitchen towels and bath towels were sufficient, but worn. Trouble with the handle on one of the toilets. Owner was informed and will take care of it. There is no yard for kids, mostly wooded area.

Summary: The location to a Lake Michigan beach, small resort towns, and sand dunes was very convenient.

Positive: The space was great for our family. The kids had fun on play area in the backyard. It was great having the gas grill and fire pit for hanging outside. The walk to the beach wasn't bad, we mostly used the public beach to drive and park. Location was great for the drive to Michigan Adventure, Craig's Cruisers and the Dunes.

Negative: We did lose power the first morning we were there due to a storm. Out of control of the host and it did come back on by some time in the afternoon. But when power was out there was no water or use of toilets. We were buying ice and gallons of water just to flush, etc. We weren't offered any type of discount to help with that. Would have liked a little more sense of urgency with info from power co..
