Summary: This is a newer built home. Very nice home. Fire pit outside was great. Spent most evenings there. Location was great and close to dune entrance and close to town. Driveway had ample parking for 3 trucks and trailers. Smoke alarms were very sensitive and went off while cooking a few times. Also, with a large group, the hot water was hard to keep up with showering. Owner was very responsive to communication, if we needed anything. Definitely would stay at this home again.

Summary: Place fit our family well. Used in Winter which most people won't but definitely fit our needs and family. Surprised to find Kleenex plentiful and enough paper towels and toilet paper for the weekend. We were able to use new sledding tubes for our grandchildren on the small hill in backyard.
