Positive: The was convenient from the airport and to our cruise port. The beds were comfortable and the screen porch was nice for our group to play cards and hang out (as the inside is small). The house was fine for our one night stay. Would not have wanted to stay for here for a prolonged trip.

Negative: The unit was technically clean but could use a deep clean with wall washing etc. While it does sleep 6, there is only one small bathroom and it doesn't have a fan. The airport noise over the house is considerable. There are large iguanas all over the trees alongside the house-- if you're not a fan of those guys, this is not the house for you.

Summary: Met our basic needs for a short stay .

Positive: The beds were very comfortable and the AC was nice and cold with a simple thermostat that was easy to operate. The kitchen was spacious, modern, and well equipped. The unit has an expansive outdoor area with a deck overlooking a large pond. It was fun to watch the ducks nearby. It was less than 10 minutes to drive to campus and less than 20 from the airport. Convenient!

Negative: I feel badly for saying that the pre- arrival process was cumbersome. I was asked to use a new app that I’ve never heard of. I also kept receiving the same email from the management company asking me to submit photos of my drivers license and credit card, front and back. I felt really awkward sending such personal info by email. It just doesn’t feel right. Even after I provided it, the same email kept coming to my inbox. Very frustrating. Also, please know that we were safe in the neighborhood, but upon arrival the area has a less than appealing vibe to it in my humble opinion. For the price we paid I don’t think we’d go back again.
