Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location is great - quiet neighborhood and close to a lot of stores. The place was adequately clean. The property manager responded to my phone call right away even though it was in the evening to make sure we got into the property ok. Good internet service to work remotely. Nice that soap was provided in the bathrooms. We stayed for a couple of days to evacuate from the gulf coast for hurricane Ian.

Negative: The armrest on the couch is broken and the place is not well stocked for a comfortable stay - mainly, there was no broom to clean crumbs after dinner and no other cleaning supplies. The dishwasher seemed broken with tape on it so we just washed our dishes with the provided dish soap. Ceiling fan in the master bedroom, but not the other 2 bedrooms. Ghost ants on the kitchen counter.
