Bedroom one features a king bed and a twin sized day bed with a twin sized trundle, attached master bath with a shower and jetted bathtub. Bedroom two features two queen beds and attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom three features two sets of twin bunk beds, just down the hall from the bathroom. Ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all guests. Three twin roll aways beds can be requested (prior to arrival) adding two sleeping spaces in bedroom one and one additional space in bedroom three. With a well-equipped kitchen and ample dinning seats for everyone this home is perfect for hosting a family gathering, birthday party or just a relaxing weekend away. Enjoy a quiet night around the firepit and play yard games. The basement rec area is the perfect place to gather, watch a game, shoot pool or play games. Summary: This was the best rental we've ever stayed at. Been staying at rental properties for well over a decade and this was the best of the bunch. Photos and listing are extremely accurate and they are actually well stocked with what they list. First rental I've seen have extra crib sheets for a pack n play, plethora of paper towels, Tupperware for leftovers, bug spray and sun screen .... the list goes on. They even had a spare propane tank which we used when the gas fireplace ran out making smores with the kids. Will look to stay here in the future anytime we're back in the Iowa City area!

Summary: The listing does not do this property justice! Great space and rooms. Lovely wooded and grass areas. The owners definitely went the extra mile in everyway. Communication was friendly and accurate! Will definitely be booming again and again! Every guest would agree that it was an above and beyond property!
