Positive: The location was perfect. Close to alot of places we wanted to visit and some we could even walk to. Not able to walk to the train station tho. Federica was always on point to help and answer questions. Sylvana from Peru was helpful with our bedding request.

Negative: The shower cabin could use some tlc. The tiles are a bit "tired". We were a bit confused at arrival with the doors situation but the 2nd day we had the hang of it.
