Positive: Everything was explained clearly on how to access the property, the communication was very good.

Negative: I had read a description that one bedroom had beds for 3. I explained that we had 3 teenagers, however the bed described as a single bed was a small camp bed.

Summary: The accommodation was fine for a short stay. The location to the town was excellent.

Positive: Amazing location in the heart of Beaune. Apartment is generally well equipped, very clean and of a high specs. the host management contact was very responsive when we had queries. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Negative: In the bedroom there is a constant droning noise coming from one of the walls (maybe a neighbour's aircon or something because ours was off). Thankfully my wife took her earplugs. The terrace is a bonus of this apartment but the table parasol was missing and meant we couldn't use the outside area when the rain was on. the weather was still warm so despite the rain we would have liked to have been outside, this was a shame. To note, the pictures shown on booking.com of the apartment are of the larger of the two apartments on offer. This is not obvious when booking as we chose the smaller apartment not realising. It wasn't hugely problematic but felt misleading. For an apartment that is also supposed to be able to sleep four, there is only 1 flute glass and 1 large wine glass. This is also a shame given the wine region the accommodation is situated in.

Positive: The property looks spacious in the pictures, and even MORE spacious in person. The appliances worked well and it was easy to keep the place (and ourselves) neat during our stay there. It was a nice treat to have the elevator open up directly into the apartment. Allan, the property manager, was very responsive and treated the apartment with care. It being a penthouse, there was a roof leak during a heavy storm and Allan was there with a roofer shortly after we informed him.

Negative: Not big issues and we still rate this property a 10, areas to improve on: - For longer stays like ours (eight nights), there could be more supplies like an extra trash bag since they were clear about trash instructions, and extra towels. - For the pricepoint, the owner should also invest in better quality towels. The bed linens were good. - Since the property is always booked, they should schedule regular maintenance like clearing the drains of sinks which were on the small side.

Summary: Wonderful property in Beaune! We will stay here again and highly recommend!

Positive: Location was fantastic, right in the heart of Beaune, with plenty of food options right outside the door. We rented both units, and it was fantastic that we could access the other via the terrace - perfect for a group of friends!

Positive: It was super cute, comfortable, and easy to access, and most of all it was right in the center of everything Beaune has to offer! We also hadn’t realized that by booking both units, we could essentially have the whole 3rd floor and 2 terraces all to ourselves - it was perfect!
