Negative: Everything was good except one thing. The tiled area in the room and bathroom had some loose tiles and the grout was coming out. A bit of hazard. Whoever installed the tiles did a really bad job. The hotel management should inspect the rooms and correct this type of issues.

Positive: Bree was FANTASTIC! I had a special request to group family and friends by my room because we came from all over the US and Mexico for my son's funeral. She put us all side by side on the same floor. We took over the lounge are on a few nights laughing, crying, drinking, and talking...all of it a bit loudly even though we tried to be respectful. They didn't mind one bit. Everything was spotless and all the desk attendants were so nice. The gym area is great and well equipped.

Negative: The location is a bit awkward because there aren't food locations within walking distance. Also, the pool is a solar pool so it was too cold for the grandkids to swim.
