Positive: The room and the location.

Negative: The front desk staff on the evening shift could really use some instruction on hospitality. We’ve stayed here before and encountered the same issues. Not a smile. Not a welcome. She just seems unhappy to be there and as if we are bothering her with our presence.

Summary: Good overall, but still wish you had a breakfast service.

Positive: This is s nice boutique hotel. The king room was so spacious and everything was very clean. The hotel has a jewelry and cigar store in the lobby. I was there for my birthday and the lobby was perfect for a photo shoot. They also have an Italian restaurant that I will try next tome im in town. Great location too with lots ro do in close proximity.

Negative: The water pressure was not strong in the shower and the temperature was not steady

Negative: The bed is uncomfortable. Way too hard. Neither my wife or I slept well any of the nights of our stay
