Positive: Great place, lovely staff ready to accommodate. I've been there 3 or 4 times and it's always nice. Restaurant is outstanding as well.

Negative: It's gotten a bit pricey lately (rooms) but I suppose it's supply & demand working. We paid TRIPLE this year what we paid last year for the same accommodations. Maybe too cheap last year but on the verge of not booking this year because of price.

Positive: Location is absolutely marvellous. Rooms (we were in one of the tiny houses) spacious and excellently designed. Exceptionally friendly staff. Most interesting insight in the wine cellar, composition of menu most delightful. However, one thought: Taking into account the promise of highest restaurant standards (and the price) we were a tiny bit underwhelmed when it came to the beef that was served. Thats why the 9 and not the full 10.

Positive: Superb experience. The accommodation is perfect. The location is amazing, a combination of desert surrounded by vineyards and the Andes as a backdrop. Staff were great, really professional and helpful. Highly recommend this truly unique hotel.
