Negative: The place is beautiful and pleasant. The accommodations are relatively good, but it's very expensive for what it offers. The staff is helpful, but not really good. There’s a lack of attention and care towards the guests. One night, there was no hot water in the shower. We had issues with our orders at the restaurant, and the room service charges are absurd.

Positive: The property was set in the winery, had spectacular views of the winery and the Andes. The pool was a lovely retreat to sit back and enjoy the views. We also enjoyed a marvellous wine tasting to top off our few days.

Negative: The clamping tents were quite hot even with air con and a plastic smell from the tent.

Positive: This property was located in the most picturesque setting ever. The rooms were large and clean and had amazing views.

Negative: The property is remote. We didn’t rent a car and so we couldn’t leave the property. There was no spa, which would have been enjoyable.

Positive: The restaurant is the best part of the hotel. We stayed at the glamping dome. The view was phenomenal and the room is clean and spacious. However, it needs some refurbishing in some parts. For example, the door was rusted and breaking down. The outdoor jacuzzi was broken and completely rusted. These are small details as the room is very clean but still important details given the price. The breakfast was simple but very tasty.

Negative: The service needs improving. The staff was very nice but kept giving different answers to some questions, didnt speak always good english. I had to ask several people for information about the wine and shipping before getting an answer for example. We also had to ask several times for a drink we ordered before getting it. These are small details but there could be improvements.
