Cozy house in Sant Pol de Mar 5 minutes from the beach with all the right amenities for a good summer.
The house is divided into three floors, in addition to parking and an indoor play area. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace and kitchen, there is also a toilet and a wonderful terrace where you see the sea. On the first floor are 3 double bedrooms and one bathroom, two of them onto another terrace. On the upper floor there is a large double room with its terrace and reading area. Summary: Antonio our host met us at the property and showed us around the house. Nice house, quiet location, approx 50 mins drive to Barcelona or train. The station is nearby. Beach 5 min walk away.

Summary: Absolutely wonderful! We were there for an Ironman race in Calella, and the location was perfect. San Pol de Mar is a beautiful little town right on the beach with tons to explore and has some great restaurants. The house is definitely cozy, very well equipped and it really felt like home. A 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the train station added to the convenience of the location. Antonio is a great host. He met us at check in for a short tour of the house and to answer any questions. He checked in on us the second day to see if we needed anything and was always there for any questions we had. He was there to collect keys and see us off upon departure. Thank you Antonio! We would love to come back!

Summary: A very spacious home from home. Large living area, well equipped kitchen and lovely balcony on the ground floor, three double bedrooms and family bathroom on first floor and the largest double bedroom with sun terrace at the top of the house. Below the property is a large garage with laundry and another shower - with a basement below that. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach (which is life-guarded) - underpasses make crossing the busy road and railway line very accessible. Antonio is very charming. All communication with him was efficient and friendly. He met us on arrival with keys and gave us the guided tour. There were a few welcome goodies in the fridge to greet us - a lovely touch! San Pol de Mar is an absolute gem. It retains a small fishing village feel to it. Busy at the weekend with Barcelonians visiting the beaches. So different from the large town of Calella 3km up the road (where you will find bars, discos and fishχps galore)! San Pol is very quiet in comparison. Plenty of restaurants and cafes but if it's nightlife you are after you will need to travel. Rocky coves are within reach by car. A thoroughly lovely and relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

Summary: We had a great week in this house. The landlord of the house is very friendly and pleasant. In the house you can find everything you need, so it feels like you are home. House is in a convenient location near by the sea and railway station. The town is very quiet, perfect for relaxing with the family or with friends. Hope to come back here again.

Summary: we had a great stay at the house in san Pol de mar. the place is impeccable spacious and very cosy . The reception was very welcoming it is practically build ón the lovely beach where we spend a lot of the time too. thank you for enabling us to enjoy eachothers company in such a harmonious house! .......we certainly will be back !
