The communal area consists of a swimming pool opened from June to October, table tennis and a small gym. It is located on the third floor with quiet street views from the terrace equipped with outdoor furniture. It has three bedrooms with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed for two people. There is a complete bathroom with a bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, fans, winter heating, TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking space and sheets and towels included.
