Positive: Plenty of room for us at the house. Nice to have so many bathrooms. The host was very easy to communicate with and always replied quickly to any questions. We liked being able to walk/ cycle in to Percy to eat out or go to the bakery. Quite a lot of kitchen equipment which was useful. We enjoyed the house and had a great time (apart from too much rain on our holiday!)
Negative: Some of the information provided was I think out of date (e.g. I don't think there was a swing set in the garden, but it was on our information).

Positive: No meals were available at the property, although the kitchen facilities were excellent. All in all, it is a lovely property with very good facilities. Good grounds around the 300 year old house.
