Negative: Too remote and too basic and in my opinion not a very good location. Property was at the very top of a steep slope and the parking arrangements were a good few minutes walk away and this wasn’t mentioned in the itinerary. People with certain mobility issues would have found the parking arrangements difficult as well as the steep climb to the B&B. The itinerary also read there would be tea/coffee making facilities and their wasn’t in addition to saying there were slippers and a robe again they were not supplied. Breakfast was in very rustic barn type place, not my idea of comfort, but that’s personal choice I guess. I believe the information provided for your stay here needs to be re-visited and made clearer.

Positive: Llenia is so proactive and help us a lot with the needed information. In addition, the property is so clean and quiet. The breakfast is delicious, prepared by them!

Negative: It was more distant of the Como Lake than I was expecting, but it was solved with a bus.

Positive: Elini was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very well presented with a good variety of food. A great deal of care had been given to the room but a few adjustments would be helpful.

Negative: Access could be difficult. The room was booked for 2 people but only 1 chair was provided. There were no glasses, cups ,coffee or kettle . Which I think would benefit future guests. Perhaps a shelf in the shower to put shampoo etc on . Breakfast was served in the garage… which was perfectly clean but maybe while guests are there the car should be in the car park.
