Positive: The accommodation was lovely and the host Gabriela was so welcoming and helpful. The studio space was modern, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The bed was comfy so we had some great night sleeps! The location up in the mountains had wonderful views and I had some peaceful cups of tea outside (each apartment has it's own outdoor area which is great!)

Negative: There isn't too much to do in the area - worth bearing in mind depending on what you're after for your trip. One small suggestion is for curtains/ shade over the top of windows in the main area and the bathroom to keep the light out in the mornings. Only minor thought though, and it didn't affect our trip or enjoyment. :)

Positive: Gabriela and Vittorio are extremely nice people! They helped us with everything. We even got some breakfast and some milk, beer and water in the fridge. The place is very clean and relaxing. The communication was smooth as well. The apartment looks even better in person than in the pictures and the surrounding mountains are beautiful!

Negative: The jacuzzi took a very long time to heat up, you have to start it way in advance. Also, we couldn’t get up to the apartment with our car as some people mentioned earlier. But these were only minor inconviniences! Our hosts kindly helped us with parking and with our luggage as well, so overall we had nothing to complain about.

Summary: We spent a lovely three nights at this beautiful place.

In the bathroom, all essentials were provided, and the addition of high-quality diffusers in the bedroom added a luxurious touch to the ambiance. The quality of the linen and towels was excellent, contributing to a comfortable and restful stay. Each night, we had a brilliant night’s sleep. The facilities were also outstanding. The pool and hot tub area were a delightful bonus, providing a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. We spent several evenings unwinding in the hot tub, taking in the serene surroundings. One thing to note is that the photos of this apartment do not do it justice. The reality far exceeded our expectations, with the space being even more beautiful and welcoming in person. If you are planning a trip to explore the Amalfi Coast, I would definitely recommend staying here. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience, making it an ideal base for your adventures.

Positive: Gabriela and Vittorio's casa vacanze is beautiful. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we could need. The driveway is a little steep but we were used to it by the end of the week. We had a larger car so parked about 2 minutes up the road at the local restaurant. Vittorio helped us with our luggage up and back down at the end of the holiday. Location wise, the accommodation is well placed- the local bus stops on the main road outside the accommodation down to Maiori and otherwise, it's a 10 minute drive to Maiori (we parked just by the supermarket for €3ph) and you can get ferries from there to most places (we would NOT) recommend the coast road, it is full of hairpin bends and slow going!) Its only 20 minutes up and over the hill from the motorway for access to Naples/Vesuvius etc. Gabriela was always on hand to ask questions to and the croissants on our first morning were very much appreciated. When we come back to Amalfi we will definitely stay here again!

Negative: The 1bed was smaller than the studio (not an issue just be aware if you have the choice!)
