Positive: The apartment is not just charming; it goes beyond. Super clean, the most outstanding view from the large terrace. Quiet and tranquil. As an Energy Healer, I felt grounded and inspired. Perfect for a couple, even though there is a sofabed in the lounge, I suggest you keep it a romantic getaway for just two. Comfi bed, good quality bed linen, powerful shower, everything super clean. The host communicated really well. Took time to explain everything to me. And to my surprise, I found a beautiful tray of fruit and local pasticcini, (assorted, freshly baked Italian biscuits). I think this has been one of my best travel experiences in a long time. I've already convinced my daughter to visit and I will also be returning next month with another close friend. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

Negative: WiFi not so good. Limited range and speed. You can get the basics done, but if you plan to work while you are there, then be prepared. But frankly speaking, if you stay here and want to work, then there is something wrong with you Hahaha. I'm glad the Wifi didn't work so well. It helped me enjoy where I was instead. Perhaps this is the host's intention.

Positive: La Casetta Superior was superb. It's location is perfect, great views over the lake, and very central to everything in Castel Gandolfo. The apartment is lovely. Very comfortable and has every item you could possibly need in a flat. Nice little fully stocked kitchen. Host is delightful and offered to pick up and drop off at the train station. Would have no doubt to book again if came back.

Positive: The view from the terrace was stunning with panoramic views of the lake. It was an easy also walk to all the restaurants and papal palace as well as to the lake itself and accessible from the train station. The host also picked us up from the station which saved us a walk in the heat with our bags.

Positive: The host was very helpful and responsive. She was as kind as to even send a friend to pick me up from the bus stop (which is not far but it's a steep climb) The flat is very clean and the view of the lake from the terrace is simply breathtaking. Absolutely gorgeous! I will certainly go back when I can. Highly recommended!
