Positive: Staff was responsive and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the historic view of the property. Though breakfast was not included we decided to eat here and the service and food was also good. Parking was convenient. Location was great.

Negative: One of our group member’s bathroom was not as clean as the other rooms. There were loud guests in the patio passed 10pm which was inconsiderate.

Summary: Would stay again

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the same waiter each day for breakfast and he was very kind and attentive...he remembered what we ordered each day and it was like he already had it ready and waiting for us. Awesome experience!

Negative: The stairs in the Family Room squeaked every time someone was walking downstairs, so in the middle of the night, for the bathroom, it was very loud.

Summary: Clean hotel with an awesome, comfortable Family Room. Good breakfast--will definitely stay again.

Positive: restaurant serves very good food and its reasonably priced, the staff is very nice, closed to city center, closed parking 1,5 street away

Negative: it's definitely nothing like 4*, but rather a solid 2*. they try to keep it fancy because of the design but it's definitely not worth it. what bugged us the most: no wifi (not working anywhere), supercold tiled floor (no slippers available..), no windows in the room just doors that had wooden panes which could be opened, no real hot water and very bad preassure, safe didnt work. we spent 2 nights - more than enough..

Positive: Exceptional room comfortable bed great pillows - which is rare when travelling Big shower, there was nothing about the room to not like

Negative: Only downside was the parking which was 3 blocks away down a one way street which was a bit of an issue on a motorcycle
