Positive: All furniture are new, and the environment here is pretty quiet.
Negative: They using other chatting APP to inform me changing to other hotel next by with same price, so even though the quality is pretty nice, I would slightly deduct some points.

Positive: The rooms have everything you need for a stay in Hanoi, and the price and location are excellent. What really makes this place special is Ava—she helped us book tours in Northern Vietnam both times we stayed here. She is honest, genuinely cares about her guests, and makes sure they don’t get scammed. She also helped us plan our trip through the north. Her spa next door is fantastic.
