Positive: Very good location 5 minutes walking from the old town and the old quarter lake. The staff is very friendly, they can easily help you to find a bus ticket or to recommend good places in town to visit, restaurants, etc

Negative: The room (1st floor) smelt like a basement after 2 days because there's no fresh air coming in the room even with the window and door open, or with the fan / air conditioning on. Very difficult to get the air in/out of the room.

Positive: It was very good experience with holiday home hotel in Hanoi. There are helping staff and specially the person named Mr.tony is very helpful and kind. He was helping us to arranged our trip to Ninh Binh and Halong bay .

Negative: Nothing. Every thing was best.
