"Les Griffes House" is a spacious apartment of about 90 square meters, equipped with all comforts, on the first floor of a building of the '400 in the heart of the historic center of Florence.
At 500 meters from Ponte Vecchio it has a privileged position: located in "Oltrarno", the trendiest district of Florence, it offers the opportunity to reach all the historical sites of Florence, walking through characteristic streets and the picturesque "Lungarno".
The apartment, of large size and recently renovated, can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It is equipped with: two large double bedrooms, each of which offers the possibility of a third place thanks to the presence of a sofa bed; a large living room with a double sofa bed, an eight-seated table, and a smart TV; a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge and freezer, which leads to a very nice balcony; two bathrooms with shower and bidet, one of which is on suite, and a small closet.
Each room has air conditioning and high speed internet (wifi).
At disposal of our guests hairdryer, ironing board, iron and a safety locker.
If requested, it is possible to have 2 cribs for children up to three years.

Summary: Super cute 2 BR/2BA apartment with balcony. We felt like locals in a hip neighbourhood that tourists are just discovering. Lots of restaurants, bars, gelateria and a supermarket around the corner. The owners were very accommodating and were ready for us earlier than normal.It is well furnished and spacious enough for 4+ people, if you use the chair beds. The owners easily communicated in advance of our arrival. I would definitely return and recommend to others.

Summary: Very happy with this short 4 day stay. Owner accommodated an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Good communication. Apartment was just like it looked in the VRBO pictures….freshly renovated and very delightful. Always a plus to get two full bathrooms! Loved the location for meandering all over Florence. Tons of good restaurants

Summary: This apartment has it all ….location, comfort and communication! It is an easy (less than 10-20 min) walk to all the great spots in Florence, AND it is on a very quiet street, very quiet at night. Spacious and comfortable inside and we loved the balcony patio. Monica is a fantastic host, easy check in and check out and she had great tips for restaurants and getting around Florence. We would definitely stay here again !

Summary: Everything about this stay was perfect! The location is far enough from the center of the city to be quiet and peaceful but is still only a short walk to all of the main sights. Monica, our host, was wonderful and checked in on us often, even giving us recommendations for places to eat nearby. The apartment is very comfortable, with soft beds, plenty of closet space, and updated kitchen and bathrooms. We felt very much at home and would absolutely stay here again! Gratzie, Monica!

Summary: Unfortunately only had 1 night in Florence but Monica was a great host accommodating our early check-in request and holding our bags the following morning while we explored the town a bit more. The apartment was very clean, and had water and coffee upon check in and was a short walk from the train station and the center of town. The beds were new and comfortable with good linens and towels provided. We would stay here again!

Summary: Our host Monica was very helpful and easy to communicate with. If we had questions she responded quickly and checked to make sure everything was ok. The property was really nice and well located. Really nice neighborhood with grocery store and restaurants very close by. We could walk to all the attractions we wanted to see easily. Summary: A quiet location in San Spirito, yet a ten minute walk accross the bridge into all the big and small sights in Florence, was perfect for us. The apartment is spacious and secure, and clean, cool and calm, with a nice little balcony where we breakfasted every morning. Monica was so kind, guiding us to places to see and places to eat off the tourist trails, which suited our style of travelling. Our recommendation ? Book it !!
