Summary: Absolutely stunning location right on Lake Annecy. Took about 25-30 minutes to drive to Annecy itself. Rooms relatively simple but very comfortable beds and perfectly well appointed. Staff all very friendly. Only disappointment is that bar food options were limited to cheese/charcuterie boards - this left us with limited options with one pregnant person and one small child. It would have been very helpful to have a couple more options for food so that we could have eaten in the hotel with our young daughter without needing to book the gastronomique restaurant at €80pp - the menu at the time of our stay didn’t really take our fancy, although I’m sure it would have been delicious. I expect this situation is improved in the high season when the bistronomique restaurant opens. In the end we walked into town and ate at Cafe de Place, which was a lovely authentic restaurant.
