Summary: Was located near mass transit, which was critical for getting around in the city. The two English speaking staff Lucy and Nathan were very eager to assist with any issues that came up. The others on staff that weren’t as proficient in English did use the translator app on their phones to help when they needed. The food in the hotel was excellent, but I wish thy had traditional tables to sit and dine.

Summary: The hotel stay was fine, but you can tell the hotel has been around for quite a while. They did their best to have all the amenities in the room and it was clean. I think the hotel may allow smoking in the rooms (I actually didn’t ask for one but should have in hindsight) and you can certainly smell it in the rooms. Hotel stay was fine, but you can tell the hotel has been around for quite a while. They did their best to have all the amenities in the room. The staff is kind and courteous. No issues really except that it looks as if it could use some fixing up due to wear and tear. Overall I would stay there again as its location is very convenient to a number of tech companies there.

Summary: The major issue with yhis hotel is the lack of English speaking employees. While I do not expect evrry employee to spesk Enhlish, it would be helpful if more than 1 did. The facilities were nice, clesn and well kept.

Summary: 20-30 minutes from Capitol Airport. Close to numerous business offices (Schneider Electronics, Nortel, Motorola.) Large hotel; not too many restaurants in area, 2 in hotel. Concierge was very helpful with information and even dismissed a taxi driver who did not meet his expectations. English was not always easy to understand. Very helpful and fast response from staff when I had problems with computer settings and couldn't connect with the internet. Wonderful pool and exercise center.
