Positive: Great location near the airport. Clean hotelroom and great facilities (gymroom and swimming pool).

Negative: The only reason I am not giving a perfect score is because the concierge, who goes by the name “jackman”, referred me to his friend for visiting the Great Wall. This friend of his scammed me: while we had originally agreed on a price of 100 euros to have him drive me to and from the Great Wall, the price was suddenly raised by 25% at the last minute without reason. When I told him that this was not fair, his answer was “welcome to Beijing”

Positive: Good hotel for a quick stopover, nearby the airport. Rooms were very spacious!

Negative: The pool was very crowded, swimming lessened for kids going on etc and not quite the oasis that is pictured. Maybe because we stayed on a Sunday.. not sure. The spa area was very nice though.

Positive: Spacious entrance easy to pickup/drop off, friendly staff. Roomy and nice view from where I stayed.

Negative: Only downside for me - room is a bit dated, noticeable musty smell in the bathroom.
